Damn.....I was hoping you would not notice the missing sock puppet monkey pirate (or is it a monkey pirate that is a sock puppet?)
The sock monkey (he has a name . . . on his tag. don't remember it though) is buried under a pile of mail. So the burglars couldn't even see him if they tried.
Despite what my mother and Princess say, my organizational style may deter the burglars. They may think the place has already been ransacked and just move on.
