Sometimes 2+2

really does just equal 4.

Had a "Hey . . . wait a minute . . . " moment this morning. And now I'm kind of frustrated and tired.

Sometimes a cigar . . . it really is just a cigar. No matter what Freud might say.

There's actually a way in math to show that 2+2 does not equal 4, but I'll spare you the messy proof (and no, I'm not talking about hacking up one of the numerals...)

And I think a topologist would tell you there's no difference between a cup and a donut - so you can have your donut and eat it too...isn't that enlightening? Perhaps not if you have an endless supply of donuts...

Yeah, I know, too much time on my hands...

Ummm . . . yeah. Sometimes you hope that what you think it is, well, you hope that you are wrong and it is something more. And then, you find out you were right all along.
